Scripts
Many features on Shadeslayer were done with the help of all sort of
scripts - Java Script, PHP, CGI etc. This includes our news posting system, forum, fan
fiction center, and other such places. Of course, if you are capable of doing it, it's
always best to write your own script to use on your website, however, in many cases, you
are bound to find a ready made free script for you to use on your site. These scripts
include guestbooks, counters, forums... the list goes on and on. However, before
installing any scripts, make sure you find out what your server supports (you can do this
by emailing your host). It is also helpful to learn more about the the languages these
scripts were written in, such as PHP or Javascript. Here is a list of some great resources
